1 Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to hb444. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the hb444 website, mobile platform, gaming software, sports betting services, and all associated products and services (collectively, the "Services") operated by hb444 ("the Platform").

By creating an account on hb444, accessing the platform, placing bets, participating in promotions, or otherwise using any part of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 2 Eligibility & Account Registration

By registering, you confirm and warrant that you meet this age requirement. hb444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement is not met.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on hb444. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, payment methods, email addresses, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, hb444 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, confiscate any winnings derived from those accounts, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your hb444 account. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact number, and any other details requested during registration. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. hb444 is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

hb444 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing a withdrawal or at any point the Platform deems verification necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure at hb444's discretion.

2.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions

It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using hb444 is lawful in their jurisdiction. hb444 does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. By registering, you confirm that you are not accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction and that you accept full legal responsibility for your use of the Services.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hb444 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. hb444 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify hb444 support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation or if your credentials have been compromised. Any activity conducted through your account prior to hb444 being notified of a security breach remains your responsibility.

hb444 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform pages and uses secure session management protocols to protect player accounts. However, the Platform cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet, and players use the Services at their own risk in this regard.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hb444 currently supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change and players are encouraged to check the current list in their account dashboard.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. hb444 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day; current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account. Deposits are generally credited to your hb444 wallet within 60 seconds for mobile money methods such as bKash and Nagad.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where operationally possible. hb444 aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method and the player's account verification status. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. hb444 reserves the right to apply additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on hb444 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Where a deposit is made in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the rate used by the relevant payment provider at the time of the transaction. hb444 is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations or fees applied by third-party payment providers.

4.5 Fraud Prevention

hb444 monitors all financial transactions for indicators of fraud, money laundering, and other financial crimes. Any account found to be involved in suspicious financial activity will be suspended immediately pending investigation. hb444 reserves the right to withhold funds from any account under investigation and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

hb444 offers a 200% welcome bonus on a player's first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000 in bonus funds. The welcome bonus is available to new players who have completed account registration and identity verification. The bonus is credited to the player's bonus wallet upon qualifying deposit and is subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5.3 below.

5.2 General Bonus Eligibility

All promotions and bonuses offered by hb444 are subject to individual terms and conditions published alongside each offer. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device. hb444 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer from players who, in hb444's reasonable opinion, are abusing the bonus system.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Specific wagering multipliers and eligible games for each promotion are stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus; any uncompleted bonus will be forfeited at expiry. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino games, sports betting, and certain slots may carry different contribution percentages as set out in the individual promotion terms.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Strategies that hb444 deems to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk, coordinated play between multiple accounts, and the use of automated betting software — are strictly prohibited. hb444 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on hb444 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, league, and market. Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments — are governed by the sports betting rules published in the hb444 sportsbook section. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. hb444 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.

6.2 Casino & Live Casino Games

All casino games and live casino tables on hb444 are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live tables, real physical equipment operated by trained dealers. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the rules displayed in a game and any other publication, the rules displayed within the game take precedence.

6.3 Crash Games

Crash games, including Monster Crash and Aviator available on hb444, are governed by the provably fair mechanics described within each game. Players accept the inherent volatility of crash games when placing bets. A player's failure to cash out before the crash event does not constitute a platform error and will not be grounds for a refund.

6.4 Bet Cancellation & Void Bets

Once placed and confirmed, bets may not be cancelled by the player except where hb444 explicitly provides a cash-out or bet cancellation feature for that specific market. hb444 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors, data feed failures, clearly erroneous odds, events that do not take place, or where there is evidence of match manipulation.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hb444 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and/or reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on hb444, whether in your own name or under any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the platform without hb444's explicit written consent.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the platform for financial gain; any winnings generated through exploitation of a known error will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, match manipulation, or any activity that constitutes cheating.
• Attempting to use hb444 for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Engaging in chargebacks or any payment reversal scheme in bad faith.
• Harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive conduct directed at hb444 staff or other players.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the hb444 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements — is the intellectual property of hb444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The hb444 brand name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary to the Platform.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the hb444 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any hb444 content without prior written authorisation from the Platform.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is subject to their own licensing terms.

9 Limitation of Liability

hb444 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hb444 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform or any of its services.

hb444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if hb444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

hb444's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits hb444's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10 Responsible Gaming

hb444 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and controlled gambling behaviour among its players. The Platform provides a range of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from every player's account settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

11 Amendments & Termination

11.1 Amendments to These Terms

hb444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, hb444 will endeavour to notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the hb444 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. Players who do not agree with any amendment are required to cease using the platform and close their account.

11.2 Account Suspension & Termination

hb444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if hb444 determines in its reasonable discretion that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or that continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or financial risk to the Platform. In the event of termination for cause, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Any real-money balance remaining in the player's wallet at the time of termination will be returned to the player's verified payment method, less any amounts subject to an ongoing investigation.

11.3 Player-Initiated Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their hb444 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided all outstanding wagering requirements and KYC obligations have been satisfied.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hb444 is incorporated and licensed as an offshore gaming operator. hb444 makes no representations that the Services are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions.

In the event of a dispute arising between a player and hb444, the player is encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. hb444 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the jurisdiction governing this agreement. The language of arbitration shall be English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

Nothing in this clause prevents hb444 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorised use of the platform.
